So, for about 6 weeks now, I have been on bedrest. Baby and I are healthy and fine but she is sitting low and there is a risk of her coming too early so we are working against gravity.
I am not going to lie. Bedrest SUCKS.
I am never going to get used to this. It has been super hard and a huge mental challenge. And with mental challenges come emotional eating… With my husband literally doing everything, there is little time for cooking healthy meals and pizza and Kraft dinner have been showing up on the menu weekly.
However, I have found that there are a few things you can do on bedrest to help you stay healthy with your feet up.
